Exchange & Return Policy
We at Justees.in, strive maintain highest level of satisfaction for our customers. However, if because of any situation or circumstance, any customer is not happy with any of our product or service, we have highlighted below the process and procedures to reach to a mutual consent.
Can I exchange or return a product?
How to return or exchange my product?
- Yes, you can return or exchange the product, you purchased, within 30 days, from the date of delivery. The product to be returned must be in the original condition and unused with the tags on it.
- Please feel free to mail us on email@example.com within a time period of 7 from the delivery of the product, with the snapshots of the product.
- For Do It Yourself products & custom made products, returns will not be accepted.
- During the time of returns, please mark the item/ package as ‘Defective Returns’ and ‘Not for sale’.
- Please mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org, for confirmation regarding return/ exchange, within 7 days from receiving the delivery. Any requests post 7 days will not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order, after the product is shipped?
- To exchange or return, please email us at email@example.com and we will contact you shortly.
- We do provide the facility of re-pick up in our service area. However, if your pick up address doesn’t fall under our service area, you will be required to courier the item or product.
How will a customer get his/ her credit?
- If we have already shipped your order, we will not be able to cancel it.
- Kindly inform us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 6 hours of placing the order.
Terms and conditions
- Your credit will be added in your Justees.in account after the receipt of our goods.
- Credit amount is available to use in INR only.
- We will also refund the money, as per customer’s convenience, if there is an error from our side like a defected product shipped or a different product shipped.
- If your selected product is unavailable with us, your credit will be added to your Justees.in account, including the difference shipping charges.
- The product measurement details are quoted with the product displays. These details are only fairly approximate values
- No extra charges will be barred or credit amount be provided against the returned/ exchanged product, if in the quality check we find that the product is used, worn, washed or altered by the customer.
- Customers purchasing beaded embroidery, sequins are aware that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off, despite the best handling and care of the product. Sometimes during strict physical checking, during transit, at the customs, more than usual stones, beads or sequences come off.
- For a change in size or for any other alteration, please notify us on email@example.com within 6 hours from placing the order.
- The customer can return the product, if he/ she doesn’t like the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, in such a case, the customer will be bearing the to and fro charges.
- We make each and every possible endeavor to reproduce the colours accurately. However there may be minor variations in the colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, whether at the time of dying and the differences in display output, due to digital photography and lighting and colour settings and capabilities of monitors or accessories ordered.
